SPORTS PHYSICALS  for Soccer and Volleyball are due Wednesday, August 27, 2025 

Reminder:  SPORTS PHYSICALS  will be given here at SHCS on Aug. 7 @ 4:30 in the school gym.

If you plan to participate in athletics during the 2023-2024 school year, you must have a current SPORTS PHYSICAL on file in the school clinic BEFORE practice begins for any sport. Download a copy of the SPORTS PHYSICAL from the school website, available under Parent’s Corner > Health Information.

NOTE:
If your pediatrician has a preferred “sports physical” form he/she uses, this is acceptable, so long as the form clearly indicates whether a child is “cleared” or “not-cleared” for participation.
